Spunchem's laboratories are equipped with the latest analytical testing facilities and stringent quality procedures are followed
Complete traceability of product is carried out from raw material to individually slit rolls
Quality is ensured by online quality control combined with offline quality assurance
Slitters
Two high-speed slitters are in use:
Slitter one - 300m/min
Slitter two - 400m/min
Roll width can be varied from 80mm to 3200mm
Highly efficient through tension control ensures excellent roll geometry
Large Diameter rolls are available
Converting PLANT
Spunchem has installed an in-house converting facility to decrease costs, improve packaging and ensure flexibility in delivery time, which is critical in the Radiant Barrier market.
